We’re a growing property management company looking for skilled, reliable maintenance techs to handle day-to-day repair work across our rental properties in Albany, Troy, Schenectady, and surrounding areas.
This is a field-based role where you’ll manage your own time and handle assigned work orders in both occupied and vacant units. You'll receive tasks through our app and are expected to complete what you can, document the work, and communicate clearly if a job needs follow-up, materials, or a specialist. You are not expected to know how to do everything — just to assess issues, handle general repairs, and help us understand the scope.
This role requires someone who is independent, dependable, and professional. You’ll be in tenant-occupied units, so it’s important you show up on time, act appropriately, and communicate respectfully. A background check is required before hire — no theft, fraud, or violent offenses accepted.

Per NYS law and our insurance policy, all maintenance techs must carry general liability insurance and either workers’ comp or a waiver (CE-200). We’ll help you get set up, and depending on your availability and consistency, we may cover part or all of the cost — same goes for the gas stipend (up to $100/month).
