What We Offer:

Consistent Schedule: Five-day work week, with occasional Saturdays as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform debris removal, initial secures, winterizations, lawn mowing, and general property maintenance.
Use the Property Preservation Wizard app to document work, including uploading a minimum of 150 photos per job.
Replace/rekey locks, secure windows/doors, and install client-specific signage.
Conduct thorough interior and exterior inspections to identify damages and hazards.
Provide bids for repairs, including new damages or full property bids as required.
Ensure compliance with client-specific guidelines and timelines.
Maintain tools, equipment, and the company vehicle.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in property preservation, construction, or a related field is a plus but not required.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using smartphones and apps for documentation and communication.
Attention to Detail: Able to follow guidelines meticulously and deliver accurate work.
Physical Fitness: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record is required.
Availability: Flexibility to work Saturdays when needed.
