Part-time property inspector
Part-time help wanted. Great for someone looking for a flexible way to earn a bit extra. Must have a car + smart phone with video/camera capabilities. This is a contracted 1099 job. You will be responsible for your own taxes and expenses.
Responsibilities:
- visit 3 mobile home parks in Amsterdam, Fort Johnson and Gloversville, NY every 2 weeks and submit pictures / video to management
- report any visible issues in the park
- post notices/communications at resident's homes
- speak with residents of park, if needed
Candidate Qualifications:
-Must be organized, professional and possess good oral communication skills
-Must have a smart phone with pic and video capabilities
-Must have a car
Compensation $75/visit
