Working closely with business and technology leaders, you'll provide the structure, leadership, and momentum needed to turn strategy into results.Reporting into our Head of Delivery, your role involves:Leading delivery planning for complex or high-risk / high-value/ high-visibility projectsDefining and maintaining scope, delivery approach, milestones and critical pathManaging end-to-end delivery execution aligned to agreed outcomes, scope, timing, budgetOwning RAID management for complex projectsDefining project resource requirements and mobilisation needsPreparing and maintaining project governance materials, status reports, decision papers and escalation packs where requiredPartnering with Business Owners, sponsors and senior stakeholders to align delivery outcomes This role is about more than delivering projects. You'll help raise the bar for project delivery across the Group by sharing your expertise, coaching others, and promoting best practice. Working closely with teams across Technology and the business, you'll drive consistent delivery excellence and ensure projects achieve their intended outcomes and benefits.
