Req Number 145234Job DescriptionCoordinates all activities related to the process of optimizing operations through inventory maintenance.Job Responsibility1.Generates and maintains inventory counts for facility.2.Works independently under moderate supervision to resolve discrepancies between inventory system (AIMS) and physical locations related to inventory counts, item profiles, or related areas.3.Reviews accuracy of item locations and overall warehouse layout. May provide input on reccomendations on how to increase efficiencies.4.Maintains department inventory database (MMIS), including updating item masters, item locations, manufacturer codes, product profiles and measurements.5.Prepares audit reports related to inventory turnover, errors, and other data points as needed. Reconciles physical inventory based on audit reports to optimize operations.
