Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in the food industry, located in Bronx, New York. Your role will primarily involve monitoring and managing customer accounts, processing credit applications, and maintaining accurate customer records. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and resolve them efficiently Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications Keep customer credit records updated and accurate Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status Carry out account reconciliation duties effectively Utilize MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for various tasks Employ Microsoft Excel for maintaining and managing data Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the accounts receivable process. Requirements Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and best practices Demonstrated ability in Account Reconciliation Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Strong skills in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines Understanding of financial regulations and legislation.
