Associate Account Executive

With over 19,000 employees in 750 offices throughout North America, HUB has grown substantially, in part due to our industry leading success in mergers and acquisitions.Our Northeast division is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual who will serve as an Assistant Account Executive for our Long-Term Care division.Functions & Responsibilities will include :

Responsibilities include issuance of certificates of Insurance, ID cards, schedules of insurance, and billing schedules.

Processing endorsements, invoices, and entering exposure data within the Applied Epic AMS

Liaise with Accounting department, financing companies, and direct bill carriers to maintain up to date billing schedules for each client

Pass marketing, policy, and coverage correspondence to appropriate contacts within the team

Perform other specific duties as directed by the Account Executive

Respond to certificate requests and payment inquiries in a timely manner

Process add/term requests as directed by AE

Handle epic activities associated with the onboarding process, renewal process, endorsement process, etc.

Follow up with carriers for outstanding policies, endorsements, invoices, and other open items

Tracking and maintaining a log of follow-up emails to clients and to markets

Reaching out to clients directly regarding delinquent payments, notices of cancellation, notices of rescission, etc.

Delivering policies and endorsements to clients after policy check has been completed

Qualifications:

2+ years servicing experience preferably with a brokerage company

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel

Good oral and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills are a must

NY P&C Licensed preferred

Familiar with Epic software a plus

The expected pay for this position is $38.46 an hour to $41.21 an hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
