Corporate Controller - Regulatory Capital Reporting & Analysis - Sr. Associate

This role is a part of the Regulatory Capital Reporting & Analysis Team within FRRA, which is responsible for regulatory capital reporting under the Basel III Standardized and Advanced Approaches for JPMC and its subsidiaries, including CCAR capital schedules as well as the production of the Pillar 3 disclosure. Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis maintains the end-to-end responsibility for US regulatory reporting and capital stress testing frameworks, including the design, implementation, and oversight of the execution, analysis, and control and governance frameworks. In addition, Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis' mandate includes determining the appropriate investment in people, processes and technology to improve the accuracy, completeness and consistency of the Firm's US regulatory reporting and capital stress testing filings, as well as the implementation of new requirements and guidelines as they are published. A primary objective of Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis is to provide leadership on all aspects of US regulatory reporting and firm-wide capital stress testing, including internal and regulatory requirements.As a Regulatory Capital Reporting & Analysis - Sr. Associate within the Firmwide Regulatory Reporting and Analysis team, you will interact and partner closely with the Lines of Business, RWA production team, Capital Controllers, Corporate Planning & Analysis, Capital Policy team, Technology and U.S. Regulatory Agencies to interpret and accurately report regulatory capital and communicate detailed analysis on the results. You will focus on the quarterly and annual filing to the FRB of the firm's Regulatory reporting of Capital and Risk Weighted Assets (for both the Basel III Standardized and Advanced Approaches) as well CCAR Stress testing. In addition to on-going reporting, you will also contribute to the firmwide implementation of new disclosure requirements.Job responsibilities:

Analyze the risk-based capital results across external reports such as FFIEC101, FFIEC 102 , CCAR Y-14A , FR Y-9C & Call report

Consolidate and review variance analysis

Support the intra-quarter RWA control work and help create the various presentations decks to Senior Management, internal audit and Regulatory Agencies

Assist with updates to standards, policies and procedures, as needed

Provide data analytics and metrics, as needed

Review issues and errors - perform cross report impact analysis where applicable

Research and analyze regulatory pronouncements, reporting requirements, respond to external/internal inquiries regarding financial data reported or filed

Partner with offshore team and ensuring appropriate cross training of activities

Establish and manage relationships, partnerships and dialogue with a variety of stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization

Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from senior management, audit, other functions, and regulatory agencies
