Job SummaryAs an Vice President within the Americas Prime Financial Services Product Control team, you will manage and develop a team of 2+ professionals responsible for the production and reporting of daily P&L and risk. You will ensure the integrity of the balance sheet and accounting for the business, provide detailed financial analysis, and partner with stakeholders to implement robust controls and strategic initiatives. This role requires a experienced controller with a proven track record of leading and developing teams. PFS is one of the core businesses within Equities providing clients with margin financing, short securities coverage, synthetic exposures via derivatives and clearing services, whilst also managing the firm's inventory, collateral and financing requirements. PFS has seen significant growth and continues to expand requiring a strategic change agenda for Finance.Job Responsibilities

Manage and develop the Americas PFS Product Control team of 25+ people, ensuring efficient and controlled production and reporting of daily P&L and risk.

Ensure the integrity of the balance sheet and accounting for the business.

Provide detailed analysis and commentary on financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management.

Partner with the business and stakeholders to implement robust controls and strategic initiatives.

Identify and implement continuous improvements to adapt processes to changing systems and control requirements.

Create an inclusive and equitable working environment that builds a culture of trust and provides opportunities for team members to learn, grow, and achieve goals.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

6+ years of product control experience or equivalent.

Extensive experience within product control related to equity products and derivatives.

Proven experience in leading and managing large teams.

Demonstrable ability to drive strategic initiatives.

Solid understanding of equity derivatives and associated exotic products, including accompanying risks.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a strong control focus.

Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.

Educated to at least a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) level.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience in managing strategic change initiatives within a finance organization.

Strong project management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
