JOB SUMMARYSupport and assist Multi-Tenant Sales Manager by managing the day-to-day activities of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experienceResponsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goalsSupervise a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives. May also manage other sales resources as assignedRecruit, interview, hire and train Multi-Tenant Sales RepresentativesSupport of Multi-Tenant Sales staff will consist of approximately 70% field work and 30% office work.Communicate territory assignments to Multi-Tenant Sales RepresentativesMonitor the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate approval of all commissions paymentHandle employee relation issues, including performance appraisals, coaching, safety training, etc.Assist with budget preparation and provide input on marketing issues and sales offersPerform other duties as requested by supervisorREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSRequired Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishKnowledge of Community Sales practicesValid driver´s license, satisfactory driving record within Company required standards and auto insuranceRequired EducationBachelor´s degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience requiredRequired Related Work Experience and Number of YearsSales experience - 1Sales Supervisory experience preferred - 0.5Telecommunications and cable industry experience preferredPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeKnowledge of Company products and services preferredWORKING CONDITIONSField and office environmentTravel as required#LI-THSMD402 2024-42654 2024Here, employees don’t just have jobs, they build careers. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
