The role of Associate, Product Line is to provide transactional support to the Product Development team with the development and creation of compelling product solutions and work cross-departmentally to coordinate all go-to-make efforts.Responsibilities

Support Merchandising processes and communications

Assist in the management of organizational tools that coordinate product launch initiatives

Work collaboratively with the Licensed Sports Categories to coordinate product launch needs

Execute sample processes for all sales samples that are required by the Merchandising team. Work cross-functionally with the Customer Relations and Sourcing teams to ensure samples are ordered and received per development calendars

Support all SAP related system reporting requirements as directed

Coordinate Material ID set up and creation within product lifecycle system

Input product information into product lifecycle system

Engage global product teams to communicate product information where needed

Keeps all sensitive matters confidential

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to learn and utilize new systems

Ability to establish relationships and interact with various levels within the organization

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and efficiently prioritize workday to maximize productivity

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally

Enthusiastic, pro-active, and positive person who adapts to change and with urgency and persistence

The ability to be innovative and creative when handling difficult business challenges

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Management, Planning or related field required. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree

Zero (0) to One (1) year of experience in a professional business setting

Knowledge of sportswear or apparel industry preferred

Travel Requirement

0% to 5%; domestic and/or global

The salary range for this posted position is $40,000 - $48,000 (plus bonus & benefits) and pertains to candidates located in Western New York.
