American Heart Association-Basic Life Support (BLS) within 6 months of Hire and must be maintained thereafter. RN Critical Care – American Academy of Pediatric or American Heart Association PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within one (1) year of hire/transfer for RN Critical Care in the Emergency Departments. PALS must be maintained thereafter. RN Critical Care – American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within one (1) year of hire/transfer for RN Critical Care in Emergency Departments. ACLS must be maintained thereafter.
