Responsibilities
Drive return on investment by identifying gaps, maximizing functionality, and defining strategies to increase guest satisfaction and profitability
Serve as the liaison between marketing, IT, operations, state regulatory partners, and third-party vendors for application installation, support, and coordination with other property systems
Evaluate, select, and implement marketing-based technology solutions, ensuring integration with other programs as necessary
Project manage new technology installs and upgrades, coordinating with central and property-based resources
Set and communicate the marketing technology and data roadmap, oversee the health of systems, prioritize investments, and optimize existing technology solutions and their use
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience utilizing marketing technology or information technology with direct support of marketing applications in a guest facing or gaming environment
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading, growing, and scaling teams and demonstrated ability driving organizational change with global and diverse teams
Passionate about system design and translating requests and business processes into insights-based solutions
Demonstrated experience in utilizing technology-based solutions to their fullest potential, including new system installations, and managing support from third-party vendors
