The Director of Residence Life is responsible for providing leadership, vision, and management to the area of Residence Life, which includes policy development, implementation and promotion throughout the university community as well as ensuring the integrity of residential technologies and housing records. The Director serves as a campus liaison to the community for Residence Life and promotes successful out of the class learning experiences for students specifically around community development, cocurricular learning and understanding of housing policies and procedures.The position leads a very busy office and supervises a dynamic team of professional staff, secretarial and student staff and works closely with leaders in Student Affairs and across the campus. The position requires someone with a flexible schedule to include working occasional nights and weekends.
