Description Jenny Bour with Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager with a growing architectural company in the Buffalo area! In this HR Manager role, you will be responsible for various HR functions including managing offer letters, job postings, onboarding new hires, conducting exit interviews, and handling private employee issues and concerns. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in policy creation, employee relations, and the overall culture of the organization!Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation and distribution of offer letters and job postings

Manage the onboarding process for new hires

Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement

Handle open enrollment and qualifying events for insurance coverage

Resolve problems related to insurance coverage

Conduct Annual NYS Sexual Harassment training

Coordinate the performance review process to ensure efficiency and fairness

Address private employee issues and concerns with discretion and professionalism

Ensure accurate completion of timesheets and address any related queries

Handle 3rd party employment verifications

Complete government questionnaires and census reports in a timely and accurate manner

Manage Paid Family Leave & DBL applications

Handle PTO communication and inquiries efficiently and effectively

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant field or equivalent experience

5+ years of HR experience

Organized in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

An understanding of the key principles of employment law and EEOC regulations

Extensive knowledge of HR policies, benefits administration, compensation and wage structure

Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution

Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
