Description We have an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Leasing Director! Do you enjoy helping people and providing exceptional customer service, while working on multiple, exciting projects? Then we have a position for you!What you get to do every day
Arrange property, maintenance, and landscaping repairs
Collect monthly fees and rent
Assist in a broad range of administrative support for property managers for residential, commercial and/or community association properties
Engage with prospective tenants to review leases, terms of occupancy, and/or ownership
Arrange insurance requirements
Attend to tenant applications, contracts, and leases
Aid in preparation of budgets, financial documents and other reports
Requirements - Demonstrated experience in customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation
Strong interpersonal skills and computer competencies are necessary
Prior real estate, financial and/or contract experience preferred
