The Project Billing Coordinator is in charge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliation, and month-end closing. Assemble subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement
Prepare invoices per contract and prepare statements for outstanding invoices
Keep in contact with Project Managers regarding status of project with regards to budget and invoicing
Capable in credit card management and reconciliation
Review costs charged to projects and arrange cash flow projections, as needed
Requirements
3+ years of project accounting experience in an Engineering or Architecture company is highly desired
Experience with project budgets and processing vendor invoices
Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems
Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
