Robotic Process Automation Platform Administrator

This role offers a hybrid work schedule; offering the flexibility to work remotely two days a week, while providing the opportunity for in-person collaboration. Sponsorship is NOT available for this position.We are seeking an experienced RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Platform Admin with a solid background in server administration and infrastructure architecture, design, and scalability. As an RPA Platform Admin, you will oversee the entire automation platform and the running processes. You will handle any server issues (Application and Database) and work with Incident Management and other Enterprise Platform teams in the bank. This role is ideal for a self-starter with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and very strong infrastructure /administration background, especially in fast-paced environments.Primary Responsibilities:

Systems Admin for entire RPA Platform and Infrastructure

Setup and configure all VDIs that the digital workers (bots) will be utilizing. Work with the team to Troubleshoot and resolve issues in process workflows to maintain seamless automation.

Create and manage incident tickets, particularly through IT Service Management tools (preferably ServiceNow).

Analyze current processes, identifying and resolving issues or trends for optimal automation performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work autonomously to support new requirements and changes with RPA Infrastructure.

Complete other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required:

Minimum 8 years’ professional experience in a technical engineering position involving infrastructure design technologies, data management and interchange, system design and/or development for complex applications.

Knowledge of Agile methodology

Strong Infrastructure background including but not limited to

Windows Server Administration

vSphere and VMware VPC administration

Cloud setup and infrastructure (Azure Tenants)

Knowledge including but not limited to

IIS configuration

MS .NET Framework implementation

Need to know what RPA is and a general idea of how it works

MS SQL Database Administration

Power BI Administration

Ability to understand a process workflow setup and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of IT Service Management tool and incident ticket creation (Preferably ServiceNow)

Strong documentation skills

Education and Experience Preferred:

RPA/process Automation Administration (Blue Prism to be exact)

Fintech experience – preferably Banking

Kibana Administration

PowerShell/Scripting

SharePoint Administration
