Overview:As part of the End User Computing organization, the SCCM Integration and Support Analyst provides Level 2 troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Software Deployments and SCCM/Intune related incidents. This role involves delivering timely troubleshooting support to clients, managing ticket queues, and ensuring routine software deployments via Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune.Primary Responsibilities:

Respond to and resolve Help Desk escalations based on previous incident outcomes and expertise

Ensure compliance to the Company's risk and regulatory standards

Identify and suggest improvements to existing procedures

Complete scheduled evening responsibilities as required Participate in team projects and coach junior staff on processes and procedures

Analyze, isolate and resolve technical issues, utilizing diagnostic tools and articles

Execute work order tasks and maintain operational standards

Assist end users with technical incidents and help desk tickets, ensuring positive service outcomes

Experience planning the sequence of actions necessary to accomplish the assignment where this entailed coordination with others outside the organizational unit and development of project controls. Experience that required adaptations of guidelines or precedents to meet the needs of the assignment. Experience preparing documentation on cost/benefit studies where is involved summarizing the material and organizing it in a logical fashion. Education Education requirements - Not applicable for this position Additional Information Recruitment, Retention and Relocation Incentive may be authorized up to 25% of base pay for a max of 4 years pending TAG approval. Relocation costs are authorized subject to provisions of the Joint Travel Regulation and an agency determination that a Permanent Change of Station (PCS) move is in the Government\'s best interest. Superior Qualifications and Special Needs Pay-setting Authority may be considered for this position. TAG is final approval authority for incentive programs (applicable to newly appointed federal employees or those with a 90 day break in service).
