Overview: Provide technical leadership within the Commercial Life Cycle Management Technology team, responsible for implementing and maintaining the Commercial Lending platform used for onboarding, reviewing, and approving loans for the Bank’s commercial customers; provide software development solutions for the credit risk management software platform designed to bring efficiency, increase controls, enhance risk management, and improve the data integrity of the Credit Lifecycle process; utilize the Salesforce.com platform and the nCino loan origination application to develop software applications in an Agile environment; utilize the Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud to manage customer information with the software platform; develop Apex classes, controller classes, Apex Triggers, Validation Rule, Workflow Rule, Approval Process, Lightning Web Components, Data Loader, and Visualforce Pages on the Force.com platform to customize applications according to functional needs; migrate data and meta data from one environment to another by using Eclipse and GitHub; utilize RPA/UiPath to automate daily tasks; develop new tools or solutions to help the organization stay current; collaborate with other branches to collect business requirements and identify procedures; utilize SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language), SOSL (Salesforce Object Search Language), customer settings, Schedule Apex, and Batch Apex to create solutions that meet business needs; interpret end-user needs into Salesforce creation supplies; conduct workshops for other teams in to gain a detailed understanding of the requirements, and identify any gaps in the current system; and mentor junior-level engineers.
Minimum of an Associate degree and 6 years’ systems analysis/application development experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years’ higher education and/or work experience
Worked on multiple projects involving complex systems analysis, design and complete application development
Experience with Agile Methodology
Experience with DevOps including CI/CD is helpful
Must be familiar with industry direction
An ability to build out products & products enhancements from idea through to launch
Skills to collaborate with the entire team and customers on feature requirements and prioritization
A team player mindset with an ability to thrive and effectively communicate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
