Web Marketing AssociateSummaryTitle: Web Marketing AssociateID: 2360Department: MarketingLocation: Buffalo, NYDescriptionJob SummaryWe are looking for an ambitious and self-driven web marketing associate who will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and implementing website content on our various web sites and portals. This person is responsible for implementing visual elements that users see and interact with. Perform basic SEO optimization and Google Analytics analysis.Essential Job Functions
Implement updated content as assigned by marketing and marketing communications team.
Evaluate and implement wire-frames and website mock-ups supplied by Graphic Designers.
Build on code supplied by the back-end developers so website functions and looks according to mock-ups.
Maintaining website and making design and content changes as needed.
Debug and Test websites during upgrade releases.
Optimize website for Search Engines and analyze content using google analytics.
Keep abreast of latest emerging technologies in User Experience and Web Strategy.
Work with multiple departments and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
BA/BS in Graphic Design, Marketing Program, Computer Science or Similar Relevant Field
Requires a portfolio
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
HTML, CSS, Javascript Required
CMS Software – Optimizely (Episerver) Preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a constructive, positive manner with others in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to learn through application of concepts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be self-driven and take initiative
Knowledge of Visual Studio, Github, Dreamweaver, FTP
Proven ability to multi-task
Demonstrated time and Project Management ability
Microsoft Office knowledge including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Proven ability to think creatively to develop innovative ideas and solution
