We are a growing roofing company in need of a full time Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the administrative assistant , you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the company, assisting with administrative tasks and handling customer service inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and emails, responding to customer inquiries
Scheduling appointments and scheduling with clients
Assisting with billing, invoicing and account receivables
Creating and maintaining organized files files and records
Managing the company's calendar and schedule
Providing general administrative support to the team
Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years administrative assistant experience
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Quick Books, and Google Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and work as part of a team
