Full Time Maintenance Tech needed for Apartment in Williamsville/Amherst
Be part of a skilled maintenance team!
Must have knowledge in Appliance repair, Plumbing, Electric; experience required. Heating and Air Conditioning experience a plus.
We are a large established apartment community in the Williamsville area and are looking to add on to our current staff.
We are looking for both skilled applicants and applicants with a strong desire to learn about property maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Service Requests – providing service to current residents with work orders in their home
On Call - alternating on call with a variety of other technicians
Snow Removal - removing snow in the winter months
2+ years of experience in property/building maintenance a plus

Requirements: Valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance, Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug screen and criminal background check will be conducted.
