We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of residential properties in a low-income housing area. Must be skilled, dependable, and familiar with HUD inspection standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry)
Respond to work orders and prep units for turnover
Maintain grounds and common areas
Ensure HUD compliance and safety standards
Ensure compliance with town codes
Qualifications:
Experience in residential maintenance
Knowledge of Section 8/HUD inspection requirements
Familiarity with AppFolio
Valid Driver’s License and ability to lift 50 lbs
