We are seeking a Leasing & Property Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of 132 apartment units across 35 buildings in a low-income housing area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands compliance, community engagement, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Show units, process applications, and facilitate lease signings
Oversee property appearance and coordinate repairs
Supervise maintenance staff and manage work orders
Maintain rental records and enforce lease terms
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Section 8/HUD standards and Town building codes
Collaborate with inspectors and vendors
Use AppFolio software for leasing and maintenance tracking
Qualifications:
Experience in property management
Knowledge of Section 8/HUD compliance
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Schedule: May include weekends and holidays
