We try to keep our employees comfortable and happy. As an example, we do not accept attic installations in the summer months.
You unload and load your van in a heated warehouse.
We start the day at 8:30 and wrap up around 4:30 or whenever the job is complete (very rarely after 6pm)
No one is EVER asked to work a saturday, sunday, or holiday, unless it is your choice.
We generally work within a 10 minute drive of Grand Island, and never more than a 25 minute drive

must have:
3 years experience in HVAC
a positive attitude (this is of the upmost importance- negativity is a cancer on the team)
the ability to see problems and quickly adapt
the ability to take accountability and not blame others
basic tools
transportation and a valid drivers license
honesty and integrity
This job has room for growth- quickly. Although installers are not asked to work afterhours/weekends, we are also looking for a service tech who is willing to do that. If/when you have service troubleshooting capabilities, you can make very good money doing afterhours/weekend/holiday service calls if you wish. We are also looking for someone to take a larger role in the company. This can be a 6 figure job for the right person!
