Provides transportation services from program room to internship site for participants as assigned.
Performs job coaching duties and on-the-job training for assigned participants. Serves as a positive role model to participant and internship placement staff, modeling appropriate work skills, behavior and social interaction.
Responsible for reading, understanding and implementing each participant's safeguards and IPOP, if applicable.

Requirements
Must be at least 18-years-old. H.S. Diploma or GED and one-year relevant experience or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience preferred. If driving is required, reliable means of transportation and safe driving record for one full year prior to hire date.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written form.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
