Their primary focus is to ensure that the medical needs of assigned residents are met, under direction of the Residential Coordinator (RC) and house nurse (RN). He/she is responsible for communicating all medical needs and information in a timely manner to the RC and RN. Neal House is a very fun energetic young house with 11 super fun residents. We have male and females that live here. We are unique in that Neal House has 11 bedrooms, which means everyone gets their own room. Make sure you wear your sneakers and have no troubles going up and down lots of stairs. We are located near Carmel High School, close to restaurants, walking trails, shopping, and more! Everyone at Neal House loves to be busy and enjoy going to the movies, going shopping, walking on the walking trails, and, of course, going out to eat. We like to say we are wild and crazy at Neal House and LOVE to have fun! So if you like to have lots of fun while you work Neal House is the House for you! A high school diploma or GED is required. Previous experience in the DD field preferred. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. An acceptable NYS driver's license is a must. Medication Administration certification must be obtained within first 90 days and be continually maintained. Knowledge of medical terminology medical background a plus.HOURS: 40 hours weekly – Monday thru Friday, 7a-3p Starting Salary: $21.49 - $23.64 per hour plus additional shift differentials as applicable Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in the DD field preferred.
Must have good verbal and written communication and organizational skills and proficient computer skills.
Medication Administration certification must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment and be continually maintained.
