About Us:
Deer Mountain Inn is located in the hills above Tannersville, NY.
We source primarily local, organic and regenerative products for our ever-changing menu. Our on site garden provides herbs, flowers, fruits and vegetables and the woods provide a bounty of foraged goods. We are looking for one more team member that is excited to work in a dynamic professional kitchen with access to the finest New York State produce we can find. We prioritize work life balance with a 4 day work week that allows for more exposure to receiving, foraging, gardening, prep and service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be reliable, communicative, kind, energetic
- Keep your knife sharp
- Be prepared to receive, prep, garden, forage, cook service, manage your station
- Follow instructions of Chefs and Management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fine dining setting, no less than 1 year
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 40lb or more
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
- Reliable transportation to and from work
