Location: White Lake, NY (Sullivan County – near Bethel Woods / Catskills)
Pay: $20–$21/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Thursday–Monday, 8-hour shifts (weekends required)

About the Role:
A luxury resort in the Catskills region is seeking a Temporary Line Cook to support their culinary team. You’ll help prepare and present high-quality dishes that reflect the brand’s commitment to excellence. Ideal for cooks with resort, hotel, or fine dining experience looking for a short-term seasonal opportunity in a beautiful, high-end environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items to brand standards
Perform basic cooking and knife skills with precision
Portion, plate, and present food beautifully and consistently
Follow recipes and maintain proper food storage and rotation
Support the Culinary Manager and team as needed
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow sanitation laws
Collaborate with teammates and provide excellent guest service
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license
2+ years of prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred
Culinary degree or luxury hospitality background a plus
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Flexible schedule (includes nights, weekends, holidays)
Excellent communication skills; team-oriented attitude
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
