Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in our Eastchester, New York office. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, providing support to our team by handling administrative tasks, processing customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient office operations. This role operates in an office environment.Responsibilities: Utilize advanced technical skills to create and manage files, archives, and lists. Answer and field calls professionally, maintaining excellent phone manners. Learn and adapt to new systems, taking the initiative to improve processes. Use web-based programs effectively to streamline operations. Execute mail merges and other tasks involving Google and Microsoft Office Suite. Collaborate with existing staff and external stakeholders as required. Take direction and execute tasks efficiently, demonstrating the ability to multitask.Requirements Possess strong skills in Customer Service, able to effectively communicate and provide assistance to both internal team members and external clients. Proficiency in Data Entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience with Email Correspondence, able to professionally and effectively communicate through written formats. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets, use formulas and generate reports. Must have excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of discretion and confidentiality, able to handle sensitive information appropriately. Willingness to continue learning and improving skills relevant to the role. Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Must have strong time management skills. Experience in an office or administrative setting is preferred.
