This role is central to our financial operations, requiring the individual to handle customer applications, maintain precise records, and manage customer inquiries. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry.Responsibilities: Review and apply cash payments efficiently Set up discrepancies and deductions Collaborate with credit analysts for efficient operations Handle the processing of wire transfers Maintain and manage customer credit records accurately Utilize AS400 for various tasks Proficient in using Excel for data management and analysis Work on the resolution of customer inquiries promptly Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions. Requirements Proven experience in a similar role as a Cash Application Specialist Proficient in cash applications Familiarity with AS400 system Knowledge of wire transfer processes Exceptional attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent organization and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of integrity and reliability Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Good problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
