Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Manager in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. The role is based in FAIRPORT, New York. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be tasked with managing and enhancing customer relationships, handling data inquiries, and supporting business development efforts.Responsibilities: Oversee the completion of various documents for the Customer Solutions Team. Manage communication with vendors and members regarding data inquiries. Prepare data for presentations for quarterly business reviews. Assist with new account rostering. Support the Business Development Team through lead generations. Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, Avaya CMS, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, About Time, Auditing, Billing Functions, Cash Activity, Cash Handling. Manage customer credit applications and ensure they are processed accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer credit records. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when needed. Requirements Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service management role within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry Proficiency in the use of ADP - Financial Services and Avaya CMS software Familiarity with CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, including ERP Solutions Experience with 'About Time' software Proven experience in auditing within a healthcare or hospital setting Extensive knowledge of billing functions and cash activity in a healthcare setting Experience in cash handling within a customer service-oriented role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage customer relationships Strong leadership and team management abilities Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong customer focus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field would be advantageous.
