job detailsWe are seeking a Machine Operator to join our TEAM! The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of production equipment to manufacture quality products that meet industry standards. You will monitor machinery, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that all production processes adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety regulations. Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery in compliance with safety protocols.
Perform machine set-up, changeovers, and adjustments to maintain optimal production flow.
Inspect and test products for quality assurance, ensuring products meet required specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery, adhering to scheduled downtime for servicing.
Accurately record production data including output, downtime, and equipment performance.
Assist in packaging and labeling of products as needed.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of production lines.
Follow sanitation procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with FDA, GMP, and HACCP standards.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
