Overview The Team Manager Assistant is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support necessary to assure excellent delivery of clinical care to agency\'s patients and staff at Good Shepard hospice. The Team Manager Assistant\'s role is crucial to the functioning of the teams, serving as the front line response to calls directed to the team and the efficient management of these calls. Strong Communication Must be able to Prioritize and Multitask Qualifications: Strong Computer/data entry skills Minimum two years office experience, preferably in a health care environment Excellent organizational/ communication skills; customer service skills Experience utilizing an Electronics Medical System, preferably Allscripts and EPIC. Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s Strongly Preferred. Salary Range USD $25.00 - USD $28.00 /Hr. Job Details Minimum Requirements: Board certification or eligible for board certification through National Association of Catholic Chaplains (NACC), Association of Professional Chaplains (APC), or Neshama: Association of Jewish Chaplains (NAJC) Undergraduate degree from an accredited college Graduate-level theological degree from an accredited college, university, or theological school Four units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) accredited by the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE) Minimum of one year experience in chaplaincy required Member in good standing with one’s own professional association Willingness to travel to the homes of patient/family members Salary Range USD $32.00 - USD $35.00 /Hr.
