Maintains, operates, inspects and repairs building and utilities equipment including high pressure boilers, building management systems, medical gas systems and related equipment as directed by departmental management.
Ensures the proper operation and maintenance of equipment/systems.
Ensures all areas of the Energy Center are kept clean and orderly.
Reports condition status of the Energy Center and related equipment.
Performs preventative and general maintenance and repairs.
Monitors, and recommends materials for common shop supplies.
Collaborates with other trades to increase efficiency and avoid duplication of effort.
Ensures a safe, comfortable and appropriate environment of care by ensuring utilities, medical gases and other services are available.

Job Qualification
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
