Req Number 134605Job DescriptionServes as primary contact and project lead in the administration of non-clinical commercial insurance programs.Job Responsibility
Coordinates new insurance and insurance renewal processes including, but not limited to scheduling renewal strategy meeting in advance.
Coordinates process with insurance brokers; develops schedule of deliverables from internal sources and brokers.
Liaises with other departments and facilities to gather exposure data; participates with management in analyzing renewal alternatives, options and quotes, and completing new insurance applications Tracks receipt and verifying accuracy of binders and invoices.
Reviews insurance and indemnity language in vendor, lease, and other contracts; obtains appropriate certificates of insurance.
Works with insurance brokers in the maintenance of existing policies, and provides management with ongoing updates regarding risk exposures.
Analyzes, plans, organizes, and develops projects and reports.
Acts as a resource to other team members and provides guidance Creates protocols and resource materials to standardize insurance issues for related departments throughout the organization.
Operates under limited guidance and work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
