Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Audit Manager. This role primarily involves managing audits for a diverse range of external clients, planning audit programs, and continuously improving our auditing processes. The Audit Manager will also be responsible for risk assessment, documentation, and reviewing audit fieldwork conducted by the team.Responsibilities: Planning and managing audit programs for external clients across multiple industries Conducting risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential audit risks Documenting all audit processes, findings, and recommendations for improvement Reviewing and providing feedback on audit fieldwork performed by staff members Utilizing AdvanceFlow/Engagement Manager programs to streamline audit processes Researching and providing guidance using Checkpoint Tools Overseeing and maintaining high-quality audit reviews Managing audit engagements and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget Developing comprehensive audit plans to ensure all relevant aspects are covered Continuously improving auditing processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements Possession of relevant qualifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a managerial capacity. Extensive knowledge and experience in auditing, including the development and implementation of audit plans and programs. Expertise in managing audit engagements, ensuring they are conducted efficiently and effectively. Demonstrated ability to conduct audit reviews, providing insightful and actionable feedback. Proficiency in using RIA Checkpoint for research and compliance tasks. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage and lead a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High standard of ethics and integrity.
