This job supports quality assurance activities by conducting inspections, addressing nonconforming materials, assisting with quality plans, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards to maintain and improve product quality.location: Hauppauge, New Yorkjob type: Contractsalary: $17.80 - 18.50 per hourwork hours: 8am to 5pmeducation: High Schoolresponsibilities:
Perform audits and inspections on product quality according to the company's QA processes.
Assist in investigating nonconforming materials and reporting issues to authorized vendors.
Engage management and team members for assistance with new or complex issues.
Support implementation of new product quality plans.
Understand technical requirements and deliver output within established frameworks.
Contribute to maintaining and supporting the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
Preferred Education: High School diploma or equivalent.Preferred Work Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience.Key Skills and Competencies:
Ability to learn and understand technical information.
Fluent in English (written and verbal) and local language as applicable.
Beginner-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
strong ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Solid professional work behaviors, including attendance, teamwork, and time management.
