Good Night is the sister restaurant to SILVIA in Woodstock. We are looking to add to our managerial team. Full time or part time possible.
We are seeking individuals who possess an innate sense of hospitality, and the propensity to motivate, teach, & carry out the vision of Good Night.
Requirements & Qualities of such person include but are not limited to:
-Restaurant FOH experience of 5+ years within an elevated casual fine dining setting
-Available to work weekends & holidays
-Previous experience with administrative tasks, such as payroll, scheduling & inventory
-Holds a passion for detail
-Ability to recruit, hire and train all restaurant staff
-Can identify & fill staffing needs to ensure proper service
-Ability to quickly answer customer inquiries, as well as de-escalate customer issues or complaints
