YOU WILL:
-wash dishes, glassware, utensils and pots and kitchen equipment, using dishwasher or by hand.
-sort and stack clean dishes, glassware , and utensils in designated storage area
-maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and prep kitchen work stations by proper sanitizing.
-sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pick up areas.
-sweep and mop floors in kitchen and dining areas
-replenish supplies such as dishwashing detergent, soap and cleaning supplies
-assist staff with basic food preparations tasks such as chopping vegetables and portioning ingredients.
-gain exposure to different stations.
-work to support the team during peak and off peak service hours by pitching in whenever and wherever necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
-previous experience as dishwasher or prep role preferred but not required
-strong work ethic
-physical stamina and endurance to stand for long periods of time, lift and carry heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
