Hudson & Packard, the Hudson Valley's only authentic Detroit style pizzeria is looking for a new kitchen manager. This individual will need to have experience in a pizzeria or food service in general. Preferably experience managing a kitchen. Tasks this person may need to complete are dough prep, food prep, working the ovens on a busy night, putting together food orders, customer engagement and training new staff members. Must be available nights and weekends. This is a full-time position, 10 days PTO, starting pay $23 or higher based on experience.
