We are hiring full-time cooks to join our restaurant nestled at the top of Warren Street! Restaurant Manor Rock is a new restaurant in Hudson set to open in mid-September. The restaurant responds directly to Manor Rock Farm and its produce, which includes Mangalitsa pork, naked-neck chickens, and a diverse range of fruit and vegetables.
We are looking for warm-mannered and detail-oriented people who are able to learn quickly. The food menu will change regularly and encompasses an in-house charcuterie program. The kitchen will additionally work with fresh produce from the farm, as well as seasonally driven produce and meats from other vendors we work with. Competence with knife skills, low-waste cooking, and an interest in technique driven cuisine are all a plus. We aim to create an open and communicative environment in the kitchen at Manor Rock that fosters learning and creativity.
