Administrative assistant for art show production and marketing company.
Work involves managing artist database and all aspects of art show coordination including basic administrative work related to art show management, answering phones, artist relations, email marketing, and maintaining company social media accounts.
Requirements:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Extremely organized and able to multi Task
Knowledge of Adobe products and social media platforms helpful.
Our office is currently in Slate Hill, NY. We will be moving within 4-6 months just 20 minutes away to the Warwick NY area.
