Job Summary
Looking to hire a Gym Office Assistant in White Plains, NY. Position is 30 hours a week, including occasional weekends. Flexible schedule is a must.
Main duties include:
Overseeing daily operations of busy gym
Selling membership packages and merchandise
Filing paperwork
Posting on social media
Executing sales and promotions
Communicating with clients
Communicating with trainers
General upkeep of gym, etc
Clean Office and Gym
Qualifications:
Must have strong communication and organizational skills
Must have reliable transportation
Must be friendly, dedicated, and a hard worker
Must be Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Must be punctual
MUST manage Google Docs/iMac Desktop computer
+1 year of Experience in Office setting
Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
Experience making sales is a plus
Gym is located in White Plains, NY
