MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Answer phones.

Blueprints takeoff measurements & requesting material bids.
Ability to work well with others in a fast paced environment.
Uploading and doing takeoffs on blue prints.
SKILLS AND TASK REQUIRED:
Computer skills including proficiency with EXCEL & Word Documents.
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails.
Prepare internal and external corporate documents, maintain and organize filing system of paper and electronic documents.
Maintaining of social media: Facebook, Instagram, etc
Running safety program.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Willing to learn how to fly drone, visit job sites for pictures and upload to our website.
