Job Description:

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our busy real estate agent. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn about the industry and grow within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with transaction coordination and paperwork management.

- Support marketing efforts and social media management.

- Provide administrative support, including calendar management and correspondence handling.

- Assist with client services and scheduling showings.

- Collaborate with the real estate agent to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

- Coachable and positive mindset

- Willing to learn, is proactive, and takes initiative

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of real estate transactions is a plus NOT a must

- Willingness to obtain a real estate license (if not already licensed).

- Must be able to travel within Fairfield County and New Haven County.
