Conuco Farm is looking for 2-3 people to join us March/April - November in 2025. Farm Crew Members assist in all aspects of running the farm. Tasks change throughout the season and will include:
Harvesting
Post-harvest care
Transplanting
Weeding
Washing harvest/market equipment
Greenhouse work
Opportunities to explore areas of special interest are available.
Conuco Farm grows vegetables, fruit, herbs, and edible flowers. We have always avoided synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers—and prioritize the health of our team in our farming practices. We use natural farming methods and are incorporating more regenerative practices into our systems.
At least one season of working on another farm or in a similar field is preferred. Crew members must be detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
