StevenParkerProperties, LLC has been working with banks, realtors and private investors to protect and preserve vacant properties for nearly ten years. We pride ourselves on taking excellent care of our clients, being honest and paying attention to details. We don't cut corners; neither should you.
As our business continues to expand in other areas, we're looking for someone to collaborate with. Successful candidates will be responsible for performing all aspects of protecting and preserving vacant homes such as: securing, lock changes, boarding, roof tarping, roof repairs, light plumbing, light electrical, construction, lawn maintenance, debris removal, winterizations, lock outs, drywall, evictions, tree removal/trimming and producing estimates. We're looking for people in the Dutchess, Orange, Ulster, Albany, Troy, Schenectady Counties and surrounding areas.
This is a sub-contractor position: you will need your own tools, transportation and liability insurance. Work as much as you like; earn as much as you want. You choose which jobs to take and set your own hours. As a sub-contractor, your work will be unsupervised and without instructionthe only thing the client asks is that you show proof of your craftsmanship by taking date/time stamped "before, during and after" photographs of your work, and uploading them to the server along with your invoice (reimbursement is 3-5 days after photos are uploaded and approved). Please, only accept jobs you have experience doing.
