POSITION SUMMARYThe PMO Manager IT oversees the project portfolio, project execution, governance and business value creation through IT projects for the DMS business globally. She/he is part of the DMS Global IT team to develop and align IT strategies and tactics for the DMS business unit.She/he is providing continuous governance, guidance and direction to the overall portfolio, ensure that project planning and execution follows the IT project EOT process and principles. She/He aligns and sets the priorities together with the business and IT executives based on value targets for the overall project portfolio.She/he also ensure that project portfolio and project health, performance and value generation is regularly reported and elevated if necessary to executive leadership attention for decision making (steercom).She/he leads a team and community of project professionals to execute key IT projects for DMS with significant business impact including their professional and personal development, project methodologies and practices for the increasing technology demand of the business.She/he actively is partnering with senior management of IT and business to drive for strategic alignment and business value. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the global DMS IT PMO office and team.

Organize and lead the global IT project portfolio for DMS.

Run the IT Project EOT (Executive Oversight Team) Meetings both regionally and globally.

Educate and communicate the governance guidelines, trainings and processes around IT project EOT, value creation and prioritization.

Continuous advisory of active projects through transparency, guidance and visibility to executive management (steercoms).

Monthly reporting of project portfolio, performance trends and business value creation targets.

Part of the DMS Global IT team developing key IT strategies and standards for the group in alignment with the business strategies.

Advise business on how to maximize IT investments and business value and identifies opportunities for leverage of IT globally.

Direct projects towards desired technology strategies and standards.

Leadership – Creates strong morale and team spirit within the team while actively fostering wins/successes through results.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor or Master degree in information technology or similar.

7 years plus IT management experience managing a multicultural team.

Strong leadership skills with intercultural teams.

Strong customer relationship skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, and handle changing priorities.

Ability to work directly with middle to senior management team.

Ability to understand and implement new technologies and solutions in huge organizations.

Extensive experience in the field of project delivery frameworks.

Ability to understand complex business requirements.
